Hello my loves!
I'm so happy to be back doing what I love the most, sharing my favorites with all of you. I spent the past five months working within the beauty industry and needless to say, it has been life changing. It has been so interesting to learn about the media/ public relations side of the beauty industry and even to explore the editorial side.
I have discovered some of my favorite products/ brands throughout this experience and I can't wait to share them with all of you!
I will be linking all of these products on my LIKETOKNOW.IT page which you can access by clicking the title of each product!
I hope you enjoy these products and if you do purchase them I would love to know your thoughts, always tag and DM me to share!
The Jet Lag Mask by Summer Fridays was the BEST summer purchase I made! Although I typically try to buy more cost friendly and affordable products, this mask is worth every single penny. It helps to smooth over the bumps on my skin and leave my dry spots looking plump and hydrated. This is a cult-favorite that I can absolutely get behind.
I was immediately drawn to the Rich Bitch Moisturizer by Freck Beauty because the name is just so iconic. The packaging is very similar to Summer Fridays and I absolutely love the formula. The cactus and vitamin C scent leaves me feeling I just left a facial and my skin looking dewy and creamy! ALSO, the full size of this product could probably last me the next 2 years, so the size is well worth the cost.
This purple hair mask by Verb Products was a lifesaver during quarantine and kept my hair looking bright and helps to remove any dullness or brassy tones. I use this mask at least once a week and it leaves my hair looking salon style toned and smooth as ever. I would recommend this mask to any blonde who wants to keep their color looking brand new!
I actually just purchased the Summer Fridays Amino Gel Cleanser and have only been using it for about a week but I love the formula! It has the perfect foamy texture of your dreams and leaves your skin feeling refreshed and clean. The size is also very good for the cost and packaging is truly my favorite on the market right now!
I actually found this Amika Soulfood Nourishing Hair Mask at Marshalls for $9.99! Such a good bargain and I use this every week for a deep conditioning and hydrating mask. I have very dry and brittle hair and it helps to really bring texture and smoothness back to my split ends. I'm a huge fan of this mask and will be stocking up ASAP!
This amazing Gisou Honey Infused Hair Oil was gifted to me through a product review partnership and I was not entirely sold until I used it for a few days and fell IN LOVE! This hair oil helps tame my frizzy ends after blow drying and brings moisture to my ends without appearing greasy. I would recommend this product to anyone who likes to style their hair with hot tools and wants to have extra hold. PLUS, the honey smell is to die for and a little bit of product goes a long way!
Honestly, I thought the Bum Bum Cream was a cellulite cream and I was very surprised to find out this is probably the BEST lotion on the market. I love the scent and it leaves a beautiful shimmer on my skin without a greasy or oily look! This product may be costly but Sephora often does sales on "Sephora Favorites" with a bundle of minis for $30 or less and I snagged this cream in mine.
I absolutely LIVED by this Ouai Scalp and Body scrub all summer! I was very hesitant to pay $40 for a scrub but I was pleasantly surprised. This scrub is an amazing exfoliant and smells like a luxurious spa day! It has lasted me about 3 months so far and I will definitely be purchasing again!
I can't believe it took me this long to discover Olaplex and the hair repair treatments they have. Their formula is amazing for damaged hair and leaves my hair feeling nourished and salon fresh! I am very impressed by the new release No. 0 and have used it every other week to really help my dry and damaged hair. Absolutely will be purchasing again!
I had heard Hyram, the skincare guru, recommend this product all year and finally made the jump to try it out for a few months. I absolutely love the foamy texture and all of the antioxidants and clean ingredients! This product is sadly sold out everywhere currently (because it's that good) but if you want to try it out they have a few deluxe sample kits that are super affordable from Amazon. If you struggle with stubborn acne or oil combination skin, this is the product for you!
Just woke up this morning to a few really great deals on Amazon for prime members and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to share them. I already have so many of these great items and many tech accessories are super helpful during this time, as so many of us are working from home. You can click the link below each item to check out the prices and information on each. I hope these are helpful for my creator friends and remote queens!

Hey guys! Welcome back and I can't wait to catch up on everything you have missed.
I have been running this blog for almost 6 years and last year I took a break. I studied abroad for 5 months in Sydney, Australia with my best friends and I honestly took a break from writing for a while. I started making videos on my youtube channel of all the amazing places I travelled to. I got to share the beautiful places I saw, the crazy things I did (sorry about the bungy jumping mom) and I met incredible people. I came home in July and my life was honestly utter chaos. I had a really hard time acclimating back into "real life" and had lost a lot of the joy and excitement my life once had. I was strongly struggling in the mental health department and it took me some time to find my passions again.
But here I am a few months later, in a really great headspace and so incredibly motivated to get back to the things I care about most. In 2020, I promised myself I would make choices for myself and that if I felt inspiration I would follow that with no regrets or hesitations. I'm now uploading WEEKLY on my youtube channel and I'm doing things I was once so afraid to do because of what people would think or say. If I learned anything over the last year of my life it's that life is too short to wait around to follow your dreams and I can happily say I am working so hard to create a life for myself that I'm proud of. I'm graduating from college this summer with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, something I never thought I would be capable of doing. I once hated school and everything involving potential failure. Now I wake up early every day to go to class, I work a part time job, I make videos, I love to cook, I go to yoga and I spend time with my friends. I found the time for everything I want and I'm not going to let anything stop me from getting to the place I know I can be.
Thank you guys for coming back after a much needed hiatus. I'm really excited to make the next step and to see where this all takes me.
